Licensing

When you order a software license you will receive an unlock code by email within about 1-2 office hours. The unlock code will convert the downloaded trial into a licensed version.

The license is permanent for the purchased major version. Minor upgrades are free of charge. There are no annual maintenance charges.

Types of licenses

• A Single License covers one personal computer. It also covers a laptop for one employee's home and travelling use.
• A Multi-user License is the same as the single license, but valid for the specified number of users. The license can be installed at different locations.
• A Site License covers an unlimited number of installations (PCs or servers) at one physical location for use at that location. Employees of that location may also install the software on laptops for home and travelling use.
• For Enterprise Licenses please contact customer support.

Upgrades

• Minor upgrades are free.
• Major upgrades within two years of purchase are free.
• If you opt to upgrade to a major new version after two years.

Warranty, Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase if you are not happy with the product (minus 3% credit card commission and fees). After 30 days, up to 3 months, we offer a 50% refund.

To request a refund within the warranty period, send us an email and confirm that you will not be using software and that you have uninstalled it. We would of course appreciate if you tell us the reason for the refund request. We always like to receive feedback.
