Informatik Command is a universal command-line driven program to convert PDF to TIFF, TIFF to PDF, and other graphics formats, single-page and multi-page files, color and monochrome. It also supports conversions to and from most popular other graphics formats, such as PNG, GIF, JPEG and BMP. Both single-page and multi-page files, color and monochrome, are supported. In addition, as part of the conversion, the following markup and edit functions are available: Text annotations, watermarks, change of resolutions with or without resampling, border cleanup, shift image (panning), rotation, inversion.

PDF Complete
PDF Complete is an all-in-one user-interactive program for marking up, converting, splitting, merging, concatenating PDF files. Ideal for both single-page and batch processing: individual files, selected files, entire folders, nested subfolders. The program features ten markup options.
