Order our products securely online with a credit card. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Online ordering is the most efficient method; in most cases, the licensed version of the software or the unlock keys will be emailed to you instantly.

Purchase Order

We accept Purchase Orders (PO) from large enterprises, government agencies and approved companies. Email or mail us a PO. On the PO please be sure to include a PO number, invoice address, and recipient's email address. If you are ordering from outside the USA, our invoice will be in U.S. Dollars to be paid within 30 days by bankers draft, money order, or check drawn on a U.S. bank, all bank charges prepaid. Sales Tax

Orders for delivery in Pennsylvania, USA will be subject to 6% sales tax, unless tax exempt.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money back on all our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days and we will refund your payment, less the actual credit card commissions of 2.5%, if applicable. There is no refund for backup CDs.

Types of Licenses

Single License, User Packs (2 Licenses, 3 Licenses, 5 Licenses, 10 Licenses):
You are licensed to install the program on 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 computers respectively, excluding servers. For server installations, each significant user counts as a license unit. These license units can be spread how ever you want; all at one location, or spread around the world. If a user is licensed at one desktop or workstation, the license is valid for that user on the user’s laptop away from the office. Special prices are available for larger packs, such as 25, 50, 100; please inquire.
Site License
You are licensed to install the program on an unlimited number of computers at one company location. If you have multiple company locations with many users you may want to consider an Enterprise license. Technical support must be channeled through central person. Discounted prices are available for multiple site licenses. Depending on the makeup of the user base you may want to have a mix of user packs and site license.
Server License
If you install the program on a server, each significant user requires a license. Alternatively, a site license covers all users connected to the server. The server license does NOT cover web servers.
Enterprise License
An Enterprise License covers all users of a company, anywhere in the country and worldwide. The coverage typically includes parent, subsidiaries and affiliates. All technical support must be handled via a central person. We do not have fixed license fees for enterprise licenses. A fixed price can be quoted based on a bona fide estimate of the number of users. Once a fixed price is quoted it will be valid for an unlimited number of users, regardless of the initial bona fide estimate. Enterprise licenses are not valid for web servers, unless specifically agreed.
Developer Licenses (Royalty Free)
For TiffDLL and Tiffmaker DLLs only: It allows your applications to be installed on an unlimited number of PCs (including servers). You will need a license for every developer using the DLL. Technical support is available to the developer, not end-users.
